Michael T. Williams is a partner in the firm where he focuses on the representation of health care providers in
pursuing reimbursement from E.R.I.S.A. Qualified Health Plans,(both self insured and fully insured plans), health
insurance carriers, automobile carriers, workers compensation carriers, and Personal Injury Protection(P.I.P)
carriers. Mr. Williams also represents individuals in E.R.I.S.A. matters including; claims for benefits, disability
claims and COBRA claims. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Healthcare Law Section, Ohio State Bar
Association, and Cleveland Bar Association. Mr. Williams has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from
Ohio University and received his law degree from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
