Aaron M. Swedler

Aaron M. Swedler Aaron Swedler is an associate with Dreyfuss Williams & Associates. His practice concentrates on health care law, with an emphasis on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), managed health care, provider agreements & third-party administrator agreements, and third-party reimbursement (including Medicare, Medicaid and Private Payors).

Mr. Swedler also represents health care providers during disputes with foreign insurance companies and domestic third-party administrators, and he helps health care providers solve many of the unique problems of third-party reimbursement for treatments rendered foreign patients.

Mr. Swedler received his Bachelors of Science in Business from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio (2001), his Masters of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio (2006), and his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland, Ohio (2006).

Mr. Swedler is admitted in Ohio (2007) and the Northern District of Ohio (2007). He is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Akron Bar Association. Mr. Swedler is also active in Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters.
