Mary Anne Kenney
Since 1988, Mary Anne’s practice with the firm has centered on legal issues related to health benefit recoveries for
medical providers from ERISA, government, workers compensation, and/or private insurance plans. As a Senior Associate
she devotes her legal expertise to addressing reimbursement issues pertaining to government-affiliated payers,
particularly Medicare-related claims. On behalf of the firm’s clients, she regularly pursues probate/estate claim
matters.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton and her Juris Doctorate degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University. Mary Anne is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (member of its Health Care Law Section). She is admitted to Ohio State Courts, Federal District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U. S. Supreme Court.
